Product design in regulated domains
Shipping HCP flows where compliance is the defining constraint. Designing for the rules, not around them.
I’m Adam, a senior product designer for complex, regulated products. I design end-to-end, then build the systems, components and models that help teams scale the work. Recently, I shipped a compliant HCP portal for Astellas, launched a 0→1 AI sales product, and created an information-architecture model for GSK UK’s brand-site estate.
Work for Astellas, an AI sales startup and GSK. Each case covers the problem, the decisions behind the work and what it proves. Diagrams and representative interfaces are recreated for this portfolio.
Shipping HCP flows where compliance is the defining constraint. Designing for the rules, not around them.
Tokens, components and the structural calls that let one foundation serve a portal, brand sites, a corporate site and email.
Org-level libraries, user-group access and deliberate friction, so the system stays coherent as teams grow.
Desk research and rated audits distilled into decision frameworks, then shipped as documented, multi-tenant components.
Diagnosing operational problems and inventing reusable, domain-specific models, then getting them adopted.
Supernova docs, developer decks and written-up methods, so the work is adopted without me in the room.

The thread across everything I do is the same. Turn a thorny constraint into a reusable model, then document it well enough that other people can run with it. Those constraints include regulatory rules, multi-tenant systems and fragmented content. I design end-to-end, build and document the components, and work directly with clients, including running in-person workshops.
